training today was all out for the shooters which consists of only me and jeanne. it was a killer for me. i was so damn tired after the 5 drills thing. ms yim taught me how to hold my defender and now i'm really glad netball is a girls' sport because you'll have to use your chest to hold yr defender. i have to keep pressing against joey to hold her. it just feel so erm obscene. oh yes, HAPPY BIRTHDAY DESIREE! :D
