continued: second day
we won that match yeap. went to times square to have dinner after that. had kenny rodgers for dinner. pretty yummy. went to shop around after that. there was a MNG sale okayy. me and jeanne wanted to go there to shop but there wasnt sufficient time. what a pity.
head back to the hotel after that to have our very first ice bath. we have to soak ourselves in ice water. ms lim said it was suppose to relax our muscles. it's really really freaking cold. one and a half minute each for everyone. difficult time to bear really.
third day:
training in the morning again. had a match with the basketballers in the afternoon. played as GS for two quarters. the guys are really funny i tell you. they said that the bibs looked like SPORTS BRA?! o.0 that was really funny and mr sham kept shouting at the guys for crossing the thirds of the court wrongly. it's totally hilarious. the GK stood so faraway as if i had some disease. i overheard him telling his teammate that "bo bian cannot defend them properly. i scared i'll knock onto the girls." hahas. even better. no defender coming near me.
we had the KL sports trip grand finale night that night. each cca supposed to come up with a n itme to "entertain" the other ccas. we came up with a play called "the three noobs" of cos hazel and huiqi are the noobs. hahas. i was the narrator. it was a downright dumb play.
i still remember our cheer:

TENNIS (clapclapclap) NOTHING TO SAY
SOCCER (clapclapclap) COME AND PLAY
BASKETBALL (clapclapclap) SAVE THE DAY

fourth day:
had a long run in the morning that lasted fourty eight mins. my leg got numb approaching the end. no blood circulation down at my soles i guess. but still managed to complete it.
checked out of the service apartments around noon and head over to malacca for lunch and shopping. i dont know why we head there for when KL is so much a better shopping place than malacca.
well the team had lunch at Nando's. the food was pretty good. ltr, joey sasha pauline and i went to buy cakes from secret recipe.
