had a friendly match against wanying sister's company people today. as usual i had fun but the sun was real hot. i was pretty sure i turned a shade whiter during the holidays but now i'm back all dark again. sigh.
oh yeah but today's match was different from all the other matches we've played because we had guys playing in our teams. haha it's because e opponent team had guys so wanying asked pauline to ask the nj basketballers. yup so weiming and bernard came down. it's pretty funny seeing them play since they tend to travel with the ball, we call it stepping and always get penalised.
after the match we played among ourselves. the seniors + the two guy bballers + miss winnie lim formed a group against us. how unfair can things get. of course the juniors lost but i think we put up a pretty good fight. then there was a forfeit that came along. trust cheng siang and joyce to come up with the idea of rolling across the kallang netball court at about 12 pm under the hot sun.
and so being all sporting, we did the forfeit. it's totally DIRTY, GIDDY and SKIN-BURNING. my white team nj shirt had black patches and so was my legs and hands. it feels like e world is spinning around you. i couldn't even balance myself at the end of it. okay joyce they all filmed down a video on it. it's quite funny. so enjoy (:
