i guess my 21st didn't turn out to be that bad after all. In fact it was really awesome. Had a great surprise party at swisshotel where all my close friends gathered. it gives you a true heartwarming feeling.

I originally thought that the party gonna be on saturday night at RTC. I thought that the event i was going for on friday night was Ronald's friend's bday party. He calls this friend Matthew. till now I'm still not sure if this friend is imaginary or real. It turned out to be my very own 21st bday party instead. I'm really thankful for all those who took time to attend the party. I'm especially thankful towards Ronald, wanyun and xiuhui.
Wanyun and xiuhui are always there for my bday though we don't get to meet up often due to our own bus schedules and the fact that xiuhui is studying in sydney. They still always help Ronald out in planning bday surprises for me. They helped last year and this year too (: They're true friends that you know you can fall back on if you have problems. too bad joyce and lava are overseas and can't attend the party :(
Ronald, i know you're reading this (: Thank you so much for all the effort you've put into the party. I can't thank you enough. The food you cooked on yr own, the balloon decorations you had to buy from those arrogant shopowners, the numerous invitations you have to send, the amount of money you've spent on me and the pretty guestbook you consolidated for me... they were all marvelous.
You say that you prefer to show your love through actions and i think you really do.
I am truly touched by everything you've done that night. Thank you. Thank you for entering my life, thank you for being there at my happy and upset moments, thank you for putting a smile on me with yr lame jokes and funny expressions, thank you for tolerating my selfishness and crazy tantrums, thank you for trying to change for me.
and because of that, i know we'll go a long way (: we definitely will.
